Author/Herb Farmer Theresa Mieseler
Theresa Mieseler’s passion is growing, teaching, and writing about herbs (she was the co-owner of Shady Acres Herb Farm). She writes of her experience growing and using these herbs for over forty years in her book "Beyond Rosemary, Basil, and Thyme." The book encompasses seventy interesting and uncommon herbs. You'll learn about herbs easy to use in the kitchen, herbs to grow indoors and out, and stories of the people that discovered herbs in her presentation. Books will be available for sale at the end of her presentation, and she’ll sign them.
