Please review the following information before you make a reservation:
- Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to book a room sooner you may call the Chaska library during open hours.
- You may reserve a study room for one 2-hour session per day.
- You may make three reservations during a one-week (Monday-Saturday) period.
- You may make up to 12 reservations during each calendar month.
- Rooms are available during open hours ending 5 minutes prior to close.
- Use of the space must be completed and clean by the time the library closes.
- There is NO CHARGE to use a study room.
- The library reserves the right to ask to change the time or date of its study room session if the study room is needed for library purposes.
- Any group or individual who abuses study room privileges can be denied future use of the study rooms.
- Once you fill out a study room request, you will typically get a response within two business days.
- Reservations will be forfeited after 15 minutes if the users fail to appear.
It is strongly recommended that if you are not fully vaccinated, you wear a mask at the library.
